This is one of the questions I get asked the most. The truth is, the best time to buy or sell a house, is when you need to. There will always be nay sayers but the stats show the market is still strong and financing rates are still very attractive if you look historically. Are we still in a "Seller's Market"?
The housing market right now is levelling into more of a fair market. And this is a great time to list your house and buy the one that's perfect for you. There's still limited inventory and I will make your home stand out amongst the others.
